All products are shipped out of Long Beach, CA. Most orders ship within 2-3 days, as some candles are made to order, sometimes we do get backordered and it may take and extra day or two! If there is a delay in your shipment, we will notify you immediately. We also deliver locally within a 5 mile radius of Long Beach, CA.

Return & Exchange Policy
If your candle is damaged, please email us at email@example.com right away so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We want you to be happy with your candle! If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt of order. All returned orders must be in resale condition to receive a refund. We do not refund or pay for shipping costs. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to return a candle. Do not return without prior authorization. Thanks!
All orders ship by US Postal Service. You can choose Priority or 1st Class Mail. International also ships by USPS.
